Dheena, equipped with her education and experience in tourism management and research, resourcefully multitasks in managing the daily operations of Nexia Maldives including customer relations and business engagements. As a management consultant at Nexia Maldives, Dheena has managed national level research and surveys, and worked with international market research agencies such as Nielsen and international organizations including World Bank Group and UNDP. Dheena has experience across the board working in the public sector, private sector and the civil society organizations including the Ministry of Tourism of Maldives. Dheena holds a Master of Business Administration from University of the West of England Bristol, UK, and BA (Hons) in Tourism Planning from University of Westminster, UK.
